Product Detail
Product Display
The JS Series twin shaft compulsory mixer features two horizontally parallel shafts driven by a single motor. Through a pair of synchronous gears, the shafts rotate in opposite directions at identical speed. This synchronized counter-rotation creates a balanced and intensive mixing environment. Materials are continuously lifted, crossed, and sheared between the shafts, eliminating dead zones. The result is highly stable and consistent stirring action, ideal for producing uniform concrete batches in professional construction settings.
Exhibition Experience
The JS Series Twin Shaft Compulsory Mixer uses specially angled blades mounted on each shaft to create a powerful forced agitation effect. These blades throw material toward the cylinder’s center, forming a boiling convection layer for fast, uniform mixing. At the same time, they push material from one end to the other, enabling simultaneous stirring and conveying.
| FAQ |
| 1. How uniform is the mix, and what materials can it handle?
The twin shaft design ensures a high mixing uniformity coefficient above 95% within 30 to 60 seconds. It handles dry concrete, semi-dry concrete, and plastic concrete, as well as lightweight aggregate mixes. It also works well with mortar and some fibrous materials. |
|
2. Can this mixer be integrated with batching plants and automation systems?
Yes.The JS Series comes with a control interface ready for PLC integration. It supports automatic feeding, water metering, and discharge cycle control. We provide wiring diagrams and protocol support (Modbus RTU or Profibus optional) to connect with most existing batching plant systems. |
| 3. How do you maintain the shaft seals to prevent concrete from leaking into the bearings?
The JS Series features a multi-layer seal system including an oil-lubricated double lip seal and an air purge cavity. This prevents slurry ingress. Daily visual checks and greasing every 40 hours of operation are recommended. The bearing housing is separate from the mixing chamber, so if a seal fails, the bearing is not instantly damaged. |
| 4. What is the power requirement and energy consumption per batch?
Power varies from 25.3 kW for the JS500 up to 38.8 kW for the JS1500. Energy consumption per cubic meter of finished concrete averages 1.2 to 1.8 kWh, depending on material consistency. |
| 5.What is the wear life of the lining plates and mixing blades?
Our high standard version uses alloy steel liners and blades. Under normal operating conditions with abrasive materials like standard concrete, the lining plates typically last 5,000 to 8,000 hours, and blades last 4,000 to 6,000 hours. For highly abrasive mixes, we offer extended wear parts. |
